During this time of year I feel like parties come together at the last minute, leaving little time to get creative. I have listed a few of my favorite go to party dishes that are easy to assemble and feature the season's offerings.
I was inspired by a photograph to recreate this delicious heirloom tomato bruschetta. The colors, the delicious fresh tomatoes and simple drizzle of olive oil over the tomatoes make for a perfect edible.
Mediterranean cuisine is one of my favorites. I love to go to the store and purchase pre-made tzatiziki, hummus and olives, chop fresh veggies and cheese to serve. I wrapped thin slices of prosciutto around summer peaches and drizzled them with honey, a treat!
