apple tartin - a French classic of baked apples in puff pastry! I love to serve this as an “apple pie” option! I recommend serving this with creme fraiche or vanilla ice cream.

cranberry almond cake/pie - this Cape Cod classic has been on my Thanksgiving table every year for the past ten years. it’s sweet & tart from the cranberries with a nutty bite from the walnuts and almond flour! this is also the my favorite and perfect breakfast treat the morning after the big day!
apple galette with homemade salted caramel -an open faced apple tart with sweet and salty caramel. I love this variation of an apple pie because it’s not a double crust, meaning you have more room for more dessert bites! our pie crust is all butter and perfect in my opinion. you can pop this in the oven for a ten minutes at 350 degrees before serving-creme fraiche and vanilla ice cream are a perfect topper here!
pumpkin pie with a gingersnap & pumpkin seed crust -I am so proud of this pie recipe. I started making pumpkin pie when I was in high school and have made it my own over the years. it’s not too sweet, full of fall spices and completely satisfying. I serve this with homemade cinnamon whipped cream.
