I may have officially declared 2015 the year of me baking through new recipes. Dishes I've always wanted to try and treats that I was a little intimidated to make. As I continue to make my way through Dorie Greenspan's latest treasure of a book I had to take pause and make these classic french tea cakes, madelines.
