Today is Fat Thursday, the precursor to Fat Tuesday in the Polish community. On this day you must eat a paczki, a jelly filled Polish donut. This treat is oh so delicious and worth every bite. I headed into Greenpoint, Brooklyn today to get my fix at Charlotte Patisserie off of Manhattan avenue. So delicious!
